Christmas Countdown - Day 7 - Clear Exploding box

An 'exploding' box is one that when opened, the sides of the box flap outward. This one started as a clear acrylic sheet from which the box shape was diecut from an Accucut die.
Crisscrossed ribbons, a prima flower, a fabric brad and a stamped tag adorn the top of the box.
With the lid off the box, one can see inside. Each piece is designed to hold journaling or a picture.
Because the outer box shape is clear, the next box shape needs to be decorated on both sides. One will be seen from the outside, one from the inside.
Having numerous die cuts available makes decorating the flaps relatively easy.
Most pieces come from the QuicKutz Jolly Christmas set released in 2008.
Side one of the outside. Images in white are stamped with white Stazon ink.
Side two.
Side three.
Side 4. Believe was cut from a piece of designer paper.
A closer look at the top which is secured on the side with eyelets.
