Heirloom Sewing in Texas - part 7b

A beautiful embroidered quilt. Wow. That was a lot of work. 
A sweet dress. Wonderful lace and trims! 
 A ladies blouse, I would so wear this with a pair of jeans and some ballet flats.. wouldn't you?


 What a cute, cute garment bags!! Oh the detail is amazing.


There are even pockets on the inside!


 A super wonderful knit jacket.. patchwork no less. It's really more purple than this photo shows.


 See the close up details? So fun.


 A very fun dress for a young lady. A great pop of color!


 Okay I love crazy quilting. I lvoe embroidery. I love the vibrancy of these colors! The pictures just don't do this justice. It's really remarkable.


See the addition of the metal piece.. so lovely.


 A super ladies top. I love the 3-D trim around the neck!


 Love love the ribbon on this top!




Aprons and a sweet tote for crayolas!

Hi! Isn't that crazy quilt wonderful? Would you believe that my uncle used to make them for his wife! He was a macho kind of guy, but loved piecing the odd shapes together ... He'd piece the quilt and she would embroider it and finish it. They are probably quilting in Heaven!
